Adding Data/Content on xdata.enc

Anyone can tell me how to add/insert a directory on xdata.enc?

I want to insert this file directory Data\FX\EFX\Skill because i want to add the hashes of these 2 files (skil_sp_208.efx and 209.efx)

Purpose: I want to eliminate the abuse of replacing the 2 original files of dash and fade skills that will become a blink dash and blink fade.

I hope someone here can share their knowledge how to...

P.S if possible you can share your xdata.dec with the said directory and 2 files added.

just simple solution is edit data.enc
fix new efx dash and fade
