Client stuck on hotelview now....
Hey i updated my webbuild and the client worked then i changed it to my VPS IP as im buying a domain and making the hotel public for people to play, but since i changed everything to my VPS IP the client stays on the hotelview, and it doesnt load and eventually disconnects me from the client, how can i fix this?
Re: Client stuck on hotelview now....
i have the same problem with phoenix 3.11
Re: Client stuck on hotelview now....
Did you portforward on the VPS?
Re: Client stuck on hotelview now....
huh?
the same way as on your router
Re: Client stuck on hotelview now....
No, on the VPS' firewall. The port needs to be forwarded on the Windows Firewall for the emulator.

Re: Client stuck on hotelview now....
When the hotel is stuck on the hotel view, and takes about 30 or so seconds to load (then crashes), it is always a firewall or configuration issue. Try turn your firewalls off (if hosting it on a VPS) and making sure you have set the IPs correctly in both the emulator config and the CMS' config.

so can you help my firewall is off so and it works not
Re: Client stuck on hotelview now....
Check this points:
1. Firewall Offline
2. Swfs configure right
3. Port of the emulator is the same as in the client
4. Clear cache

I fixed this issue, in your emulator leave your connection 127.0.0.1 and everything under that like (tcp=bindip) stuff like that make all that your VPS IP, Terrum helped me with that situation and it worked.
