[HABBO][PAYING] Looking for a highly skilled PHP and CSS coder for a CMS design.

Hey,

I'm looking to create a total new cms design but have no clue on what I'm doing, so I thought why not recruit someone in. My exact goal is too replicate a CMS I sore a long time ago. It's based on UberCMS as far as I know, but has major edits all round. In my opinion it was total gold.

I basically just want one person, who is fully trustworthy (Never left exploits before, have people that will vouch if needed.), fully english speaking (Sorry to you people from other countries, but I want the work to be done in English writing and would prefer someone who is English speaking/typing.) and must know a lot of knowledge in PHP, CSS and maybe JavaScript and certainly will not turn on me and release the final outcome (that is essential, you can have a copy be my guest, but I'd honestly prefer not to release it as I tend to want too be unique.

Currently do not have a website going for how I want it too look, but I do have images of it (There not the best but they give the right idea.) I have a server on which I could have the site running live on.
