Can you replace file saveserver with new file in file rar? Maybe fix this bug!

i fix this problem :)
instal windows small busines server 2003 (i think server 2003 is good too)
and isntall MS SQL Server 2000 and my save server work :)))))
but webreg not work :(
You need install Server 2003 Webserver to use Webreg.

I think maybe IDM or other download manager program, You should Uninstall all your download manager right???
