Yeah its only the client if you know how to make it for sure there can be done an Emulator and for sure it would be aweasome but i dont have the skills to make that happens but i am sure the Mu2 game would be one of the best games ever :)!

Really hope there would be a team that would love to take MU2 down their wings and start a project of this !

There are a few files that are corrupted in the Archive but i think will not be a problem :)!

so far we have found ALL 147 game packets with their full info of usage (LOL WEBZEN!) and 5 internal engine packets. Its more than enough to make this emu without any real live server xD

For those wondering how to view the models:

1º Download Umodel (UE Viewer) => www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel‎
2º Search for the UPK file that you want to see.
3º Drag-and-drop the file to umodel.exe
4º Then use page down/up to see all the textures/models.

No idea how they did it but inside the CookedPC folder there are some files with .u extension (especially MU2Game.u since the others
might be the same for all UE3 games).

If someone want to convert .upk to .psk & view or convert to different format for example using milkshape or 3dsmax

download umodel

navigate to umodel directory trought cmd (for example umodel is on c:\umodel\)
cd c:\umodel\

& use

umodel -export -all NAME.upk

there is no tool to view maps, in fact, assets like trees, bridges, columns, walls etc are not the same format udk uses.

those are only images, download UPK Extractor and it will dump that, but remember, they are just pictures.
