If you're using the community edition, edit the file "launcher.cfg", and where it says "serverInfoURL =", put the link that points to your "api_getserverinfo.xml"
Example: http://IP_OR_URL/api_getserverinfo.xml

If you're using the default source (which you shouldn't be using), open RSUpdate.sln, and search for "http://www.thewarz.com/api_getserverinfo.xml", then replace the link with yours.
