1 - No, I have nothing. So I find people who want to help.

You should consider using PDO or MySQLi. The MySQL extension has been depreciated since PHP 5.5.

From what i can see is its going to be another poorly coded incomplete CMS to clutter up the development section.

I know is just variable managment, but you didnt give us a lot of Snippets.
