[REQUEST] Guide to How to Add New-Mobs on the map (Npcgen) and Dynamic objects

Hi, after searsh a lot i couldnt find any working or non-deadlink guide to:

How to add New mobs in the map,

And dynamic objects,

Those kinda of stuff should be pinned can anyone explain, or got the link for the working tools?

i got the npcgen editor 1.0 here,

Use Add Row to add new npc's, although this tutorial is old the same principles apply.
