S4 Client Chating problem

So i have a a Chantin problem on my server

i cannot open chating windows. . i am trying to fix the problem until now no succes

use other chatserver then ? u got the oldest chatserver version there or what?

i have a chat sever ... but i dont know where to take the next one problem is that my server is custom and can go from S3 up to s6

this will afect anything ?
