[HELP]Account blocked and Chocolate,candy box

We have a mu files buyed from ICGN and we made tested on it and everything was good, but yesterday whe we open the server for many players appear an error like.."your account was blocked by security key" and characters desappear.and a error appear "

"SQLSTATE:42000, Diagnosis:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS" in the equal to operation."

And we have the scripts writed in our data base...this is the first problem.

Te second problem is..we put on the drop Chocolate box and Candy box,and config from those boxes is items non ex +7+11 weapons and sets..and indeed the boxes drop our config items but sometimes they drop items like "pet panda,skeleton,talisman of luck,and other items".

Those items "pet panda etc.." it's on the drop on Lucky Coins 10 20 30,purple and green box..those green box and purple is reward from two events...this may be the problem? those two boxex interfere between them?
