So basically this thread is about things that have been talked up, and once you've tried/seen/eating etc after your personal experience it was a let down.

Taxi drivers, so many cases where they've ripped me off when I'm drunk, or they simply just don't want to take me home because they don't want to drive that direction, makes finding a cab home really fucking hard.. No wonder they always get the shit kicked out of them lol.
