My friend gets stuck on updating to build, and server unavailable.

works for me and my other friend but not him, he has re downloaded multiple times and still not working

api_getserverstatus.xml, open it with notepad, and edit the line "<Server Status=" Make sure it's "<Server Status ="ONLINE" />".
