The elements and config for that vXX of elements do not match... You will need to fix the config...

and for the love of god, we have sections for a reason, PUHLEEZ make sure to post in the CORRECT section here, thank you...

If you're trying to open a v70 elements and it's not working there's either something wrong with the config to open it, or perhaps the elements itself?

You can make sure your config is original, here's the one I have for v70:
