it say because the .bak file is using new sql server to create
and i using 2008
any solution ??

Yes, MSSQL 2012 is needed not 2008

I think we must use mssql 2012 because maybe the owner of squad compress the db using mssql 2012 .. :D:

The databases I provided isn't the squad ones exactly.
I cleaned up their databases so that I wouldn't have to share huge ass backup files with crap data no one needs.
And I use MSSQL 2012, so yeah you will need it too if you want to open my backups.
