Staff Chat available for users with rank 2 and higher [Phoenix 3.11.0]

Hi

I am running a r63 hotel with RevCMS and Phoenix 3.11.0, and I've noticed that users with rank 2 or higher have access to the Staff Chat :

I've gone through the permission_ranks table in the database, nothing there. How can I change the staff chat to only be showed when a user has rank 6 or 7?

There is something there, should be a table called 'recieve_sa' or something make it 6 then :update_permissions
