Well, every single PWE-related game was leaked, BOI/PWI/JD/FW/etc, except WOI. So the genuine assumption would be that someone who's already hosting latest WOI, leaked the files to begin with, to piss "some" people off (Not just me, of course).
Almost to the point where I feel it's worth releasing it just to return the favor, and piss them off. :P I won't, tho.
