Changing titles through the SQL?

By any chance could someone help me change or set titles to players or staff directly from the SQL? Haven't found it yet if it is there at all, unless I have and it's just somewhat confusing... like tItems using item ID's not names. I guess something I would also like to ask is how to give items to players through the SQL to their rewards or purchased box? 2012 files.
