I have a probem with Battle Arena

hi everyone how are you? I have a problem with the battle arena and that is when I put the time in the regular SMC it works but when I go to register I see the option? that will be that? who knows the solution please tell me I would appreciate.

(As Example you want it start at 1:00 AM)
Register:
EveryDay from 00:55:00 to 01:00:00 ( 5 Minutes )
Start:
EveryDay from 01:00:01 to 01:25:01 (25 Minutes )
