Error's appears in open pack's ..

I have a "bug" in my server ...

... When a player opens 4+ Packs it shows the following message ... :

My question is, what is the error tasks.data, or PWI blocked it? Open multiple packs simultaneously?

If there is none of the above .. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

... the error also occurs when it is done using Auto Click ...
