Its just usable specially with IGCN files etc..
nothing serious , use sql 2000 or 2000 much better.

user xampp 1.7.3 for the sql 2008 r2 and mucore because if you are using xampp 1.7.7 you will have MSSQL dll mising

i cant install sql 2000 on windows 7 64bit
always popup this "Installshield Engine has stopped working"

Dont use SQL 2000... Use sql 2008 or SQL 2012.. SQL 2000 is unstable, slow, unsecure, etc...
