No one is going to give you. Just use what is released and use Microsoft VS 2012 to update it by placing your IP.

Are you talking about the actual setup? If so, then just go to one of the public v140.1 servers and download it from there?
Thank you everyone, but I means where can I download V.140 client (MSSetupv140.exe)?
As for the way to access to the game, I have already downloaded "WvsRedirector140-v2.exe" and "WvsRedirector141.exe" , but not yet try running it cuz I don't have "MSSetupv140.exe".
Can anyone teach me where to download it? Pleaseee~
