How to shorten the level 60 job change?

I want to remove the third part of the level 60 job change. I've already looked into iQuest but it doesn't seem to have much information stored on the quest, Over Time and Space 2. I also want to shorten the level 100 job change to maybe 2 or 3 quests instead of that huge chain. I don't think it will be so hard since it doesn't include any instances. I would really appreciate it if someone can guide me in the right direction.
