How can i configure iis for ddos atacks

i need a iis and mysql configuration for a anti-ddos

And i dont need proxys ...

For IIS there is a plugin called IP restrictions which will be able to block DoS attacks.

However to survive DDoS attacks you should get a proxy or cloudflare.
But still if they find your real machine ip they'll be able to take you down.

You can't adjust it against DDoS attacks, there isn't anything focused on this for IIS.
