Could any one help me Better ( Coder )

Hello

everyone know that any kalonline PS need a coder for addons , protect , etc
btw i tryed to learn every thing about the basic's on C++
but im still havent the knowledge on how to make a addon i just looking on the source and make it yes it improve me too much but there are many things i cant do cause there is no sources so please can the coders help me i know there are a pro coders here like

Madknight , Striker , Bloodx , Revo , lafreak , General , Akamaru and sorry if i forget anybody

btw can any one help me by give me the basic's of this knowledge , i mean the secert key on this point what i must do to make thing for example
if((*(int (__thiscall **)(void*))(*(DWORD *)pTarget + 0x40))(pTarget))
*(DWORD*)((unsigned)pTarget + 0x1d8) = GetTickCount() + 20000;
this code there are a shortcut of coding key's
pTarget = Point target

that what i mean i need to get all options to can create any thing
so please any one from coders can help me just post me a comment with the codes

First of all start to learn basic c++ like how it work's,pointers,integer and etc..
