[Gaming Community] Looking for staff for servers

Recently myself and a few friends have began a new gaming community where we plan to release game servers for members to join and enjoy. We are currently looking for more people interested in joining us in this venture and need people for many different positions. In our project, each persons opinions and suggestions are taken seriously and incorporated if the majority like and want to run with the idea, this includes all from changes to a server or future projects to tackle once we have established our current projects. We are a team not a dictatorship. We're here to have fun doing what we enjoy doing and hope to find more like-minded people to join us.

Our current projects are: Fiesta Online & Minecraft.
Details on the projects will be explained in full to people who join our teams.
We currently have web-hosting, domain name and dedicated server, what we need is more people to make the servers happen and be fun and enjoyable for members.

Staff we are currently looking for:

Fiesta Online:

Developers: Both in-game developers and people to make and maintain things such as launchers.
Graphic Designers: People with experience in creating nice looking graphics for web-sites, advertisements and other useful design aspects.
Game Masters: Experienced players or ex-Game Masters that know the game and it's features well, must be good at social interaction with players and able to help them with in-game issues.
Event Coordinators: Like game Masters, must know the game well and understand what people will find fun and entertaining, also must be mature and socially minded as to not make events too out of control and respond well to players. Will also host and create events on forums and other community based mediums.

MineCraft:

Developers: We aim to eventually use our own plugins and customize existing plugins, we hope to find more people who are able and willing to do so with us to create unique feels to our servers with plugins suited to our servers needs.
Graphic Designers: People with experience in creating nice looking graphics for web-sites, advertisements and other useful design aspects.
In game roles: As the style of our first server will be set to one kind, there will be in-game roles available
