As there is multiple server versions out then please next time specify which ones you use.

As for this one you probably use the latest ones. (aka. HK or Victus)

You need some skills to get it to work.

Help the poor guy, throw out the real issue rather than the skills required to fix it (which really isn't even a major skill, just some keen observing).
