You should honestly stick with Dawson's Source of 2011, it's the best source you are going to get that is bug free. Use this and customize it to how you wan't it, also, use Phoenix Client II for this.

What mode are you building in? KOR or BRZ, open locale.xml in system.mrs and edit it to what ur building in, if its KOR then change to KOR.

In this case it means your files or runnable is encrypted, they must be the same. Which source are you using again..?
Me Files is not encrypted
How to fix please.
Encrypt your mrs.exe then repack the files.
If you are using a clean source then remove mef.
How to clean me source and how to remove mef please.
