please help about this problem

i got a problem regarding on this SS
the player who talking is a Normal player
and the next one is the Real Game Master of my server

my problem is
how he become a game master with a status like that?
i guess that was a visual bug
but how can i fix it?

I Think thats a GM Ring..

GM Transformation Item

it's just a visual bug or somethin'.
if someone is using a transformation ring
GameMasters will see them like they are , if they wear transformation ring.
But Normal Players see them as normal.
