I just have a simple question. Let's say that I want to add a new exp booster to the game.
Where is set how much more exp you will get? Where do I need to set the value for the bonus. The same for HP or SP extenders.

Take you topic title:
Remove "Item" and replace with "Charged".
Remove "Effects" last character.
Remove any spaces.
Add to end ".shn".
And you have the file where you can edit those values.
You're funny :) Is there a list with the effectnumbers?
Haven't seen one.
