check version of client if is same like db on SRO_VT_ACCOUNT->_ModuleVersion and _ModuleVersionFile
Yeah i am with BadFish here. Its probebly something in your DB that havent been uppdated to the media pk2.
you used same edited media pk2 as you used DB ? Cuz if you maby have a avatar from 1 place and media from 1 you can have anything etc avatar in your DB that your media pk2 dont have and if you havent set on uppdate and fix it your self it can be hard finding the it.
