How to change this . Picture inside .. Pls help

HELP PLS. HOW TO CHANGE THIS . ESPECIALLY THE SEASON 5 LOGO ?

You need to edit some file in Interface if i'm not wrong.. :D
you can use program like IMGmu editor to convert it into a jpg, edit it, and reconvert it.

well.
just download a client from other servers
then copy the interface.
the paste in your client
now all you need to do is to edit the server name..
done..

Your Client:
Data/Interface/login_back.OZT

Prepare a tga image, you can do that using Photoshop or Gimp.
Use MU Image Skinner or Pentium Tools to convert that from tga to ozt.

Oh, an extra hint: You may want to leave space for the 2 fields (username/password)
You could also change the background of said fields by modifying login_me.ozt. But whatever, it's too much hassle vs too little change, I don't recommend it.
