Retro Avatar Imager

How do I make an imager for a habbo retro? :?:

For example, if i wanted to make a fansite for fresh hotel and wanted an avatar imager, how would i go about doing it? (I'm not making one for fresh btw lmao) Would I need certain files for it, if you a have a tut, please link me.

where ur thing is like <img src="http://www.habbo.it/habbo-imaging/avatarimage?figure={figure}&direction=2&head_direction=3&action=crr=6&gesture=sml" alt="{username}" />
