Help with mysql config (my.cnf) - phoenix 3.11.0

my.cnf

700-900 online every day.
a few problems last days with some huge dc´s.
Can someone take a look over the my.cnf?
And tell me if it needs an upgrade.

The problem is not your "my.cnf" it is Phoenix it's self.

3.11.0 is well known for its d/c problems, I would use another version of phoenix.
