Charactor Skill Editor

I made a simple Skill Editor to allow add/delete/modify of skills for 1.3.6 to 1.4.6 as shown here:

I find it more useful than the one in PWAdmin since with mine you can delete any skill you want or add any skill you want no need to remake the whole thing every time... Since it reads the skills from char xml.

Also if your version of PW is lacking send me your skillstr.txt from the Config.pck and I will add a new editor for your version immediately.

It was offline for a short time only.

Although since there was no replies of people saying they found it useful I saw no rush to put it back online.

I'm wondering why the lack of posts as well, as this was something people have been wanting to do since 1.4.4 first came about.

Working fine even on 1.4.8 !
