So im preparing my server for opening and i wonder how to make Character Ranking(Capped players ) | Guild Ranking,how much players online ??Please help!

This information is stored in the database. You have to use SQL Queries to get the information you need.

Check out one of the released websites to get to know how it does exactly work.
In my opinion, reading and trying to understand other's source code is the most efficient way to learn.
