About elemetclient

ive been away due to lack of net.. Ive had an older version of pwi installed version 699... I updated to 719.. and when I tried to run the client via patcher or by the exe it always goes back to the patcher and wont open the exe... would I have to download a new client? or is it a simple bad exe... I have very bad net here so cant download a lot at once anymore was just making a local to do some testing on.. any help would be appreciated.
