Adding custom rooms to "create room"

Hey,
does anyone know how I would go about adding a custom room to the "create room" menu or even replace one of the currents?
Also does anyone know how to make it so different ranks have different pixel and credit timers?

Should be coded in your emulator.

I have looked in my habbo.swf but can only find the links to images not the link to room models, any ideas on what exactly I would search for?

Because you need to edit the ABC.
