ViciousMS 142.2 source (Hawtmaple converted to lowrate)

Lots of bugs, it's a strong base, has the potential to be something good if you know what you're doing. I'm not going to post a features list because, well, there really aren't any. Never got around to adding our v117 features to 142. Virus scans included since this looks sketchy.

This is missing most of the updates I did for them fyi, this is the buggy version.
The ops are probably the only thing useful in this release for leechers.
