High rate servers kill the fun out of RO. High rate = short term, thus I'd be hard pressed finding a server that's been around for years while having ridiculously high rates, and to the fact the RO era is long gone and less servers cropping up I wouldn't hold my breath going to a high rate server to find it going down within a month or so.
