Private server with Gm Commands ?

I would like to know if theres a mmo private server of any kind with GM commands ,like Rose online or Flyff,any kind of game ?
If so can I get links, I cant find any .

Basically most private servers have GM Commands..
Flyff has GM commands and so does rose.
You can google them and it comes up as the first result.

I didnt mean it like that , What Im looking for is an active mmo that has already been developed and is already available , with enabled gm commands

Both rose and flyff have that...

OMG , Let me specify it allot more , I AM looking for an active server that some one already made and it is on and out to play, where all I do is register and download the server and I play , but with enabled GM commands for regular players, please give me a name of a server with regular players that can use GM commands.
I tried to look for one but I cant find it.
