I removed all channels from channel.xml max Players 1000 but i can join with lvl 1 accout thats good but i see still max lvl. 35 where can i remove it ;/?

Look on your channel.xml on MatchServer Folder there in. Look MaxLvl = "35" I don't know how exactly if is MaxLvl just search 35 and put 99
