After everything is done do next:
0.Forward Ports 38100-38200
1.Turn off all firewalls
2.Turn off UAC
3.Type in terminal: service cabal stop
4.Type in terminal again: service cabal stop
5.Type in terminal: service cabal start
6.Type in terminal again: service cabal start
7.Use CentOS IP in Internal.txt to connect to your server
It may be another problem, try the guide above and come back with the answer.

type reboot to your putty..after reboot. service cabal start..

Btw new problem is here.. how can i make new acc ? if i try with Bega tools i get error idk why... i ask because i had one but i deleted all databases and made clean one
