How could I run Studio.exe ?

Hey guys..
So I ran into a problem..
All my files and server, sql, etc. is on my VPS which I cannot run Studio.exe on..
I tried to put Studio.exe into all my launcher files into my actual computer but it wont run because it needs all the source files and such sooo I was curious, How could I run Studio.exe on my actual computer then maybe transfer the files onto my VPS?

Please help me someone.
I really have no idea how I can do this. :'(
