I found on the Internet that the formula the Mana Shield is based on is the following :
Mana Shield % = 10+agi/50+ene/200
Although, i can't figure out how it works and what these numbers are (10, 50, 200). If this formula is correct, could someone give me an example using real numbers on how it works and how we get the result?

well, i think it's self-explanatory, but here's how it would look like with real numbers:
sm with 1600 agility and 408 ene would have :10 + 1600/50 + 408/200 = 10+32+2=44% mana shield

I am trying to figure out how this formula is affected by the following
settings:
AgilityPercent = 2 // Mana shield agility percent
EnergyPercent = 1 // Mana shield energy percent
StartTime = 10 // Start time
PointsPerSecond = 1 // Points per second
The Agility and Energy Percent values define the percentage of points
that a character has for agility and energy and applies them to the
following formula?
10+(agi*0.02)/50+(ene*0.01)/200 = 10+20/50+20/200 = 10+0.4+0.1=10.5%
(in case agility=1000 points and energy=2000 points)
