Npc not giving out items?

I am having a problem... my ports where working fine until suddenly my internet go and my ports closed... it only appears that port 80 is open but in my router i have portforward the required ports to run maplestory server.

i am checking if my ports are opened at Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router

and it only appears as if my port 80 was opened but they where all working before.

You probably restarted your router and your IP is dynamic. Contact your ISP or do it manually.
