Setting on 2.2.3.2 are same with 2.2.3 it means.. how you configure the server file -_-
what are the file to run It means -_-

and what else ?

or no and only works on 111.111.111.111 ,_ this kind of format...LOL

Try launcher.exe at the emulator "you must download emulator first)
And edit the launcher to your ip
