Help referral system

Hello i was hoping someone could be so kind and code me a referral script, let me tell you abit about it

Alot of members invite there friends and all they get is thanks,
i want to give them a little more then a thanks
On the register page i would like an extra box that says referred by (username)
then if the new user was invited by a user already registered in my database, id like it to be logged in the data base so staff can see whos invited who, the people with the most invites will get given either coins or a staff rare by a member of staff
Maybe add a little script for me page to so the users can see how many people they have invited to us
Do you recon some one could be nice enough to do this ?
