Can i know what window version are you using ?
from the pic u gave , i can guess , you are using window 8 ,
try set CLIENT.EXE compability to xp sp3 , and run as administrator
i use client ver 1753 fresh client .
you dont have dsound.dll try to download on google dsound.dll ,GKQuote:
