[Help]SQL Price change? instead of mesos

In this:
INSERT INTO shopitems
(`shopid`, `itemid`, `price`, `position`)
VALUES
(10086, 1032031, 100000000, 0),

How can I change the Price = Mesos to other stuff like Etcs/Cash/...?

Not in the SQL.

Make an NPC for it to trade items for items.

You can also add additional columns in your sql (refer to exiled source, I took their tables)

Its possible but the work compared to coding it in the npc form is unnecessary. Just make the npc, it takes only 10ish mins to make the base. Then how ever long it takes you to add to it to keep adding more items.

Can you show me an example of SQL npcs trading for other items besides meso? Thanks a lot

Check under shopitems in database, if you see collumns reqitem, reqitemq and buyable then you can do it with NP
Just add
shopid - which shop
itemid - item you are selling
price - you can leave it at 0 since you are using item exchanger
position - leave it same or if you want to arrange more than 1 items in some specific order
reqitem - Item you are using as currency
reqitemq - How many currency items does it cost
rank - skip that one
Buyable - How many of them can be bought in bulk (example: 100)

Don't forget to restart server or !reloadshops after you have done that.
