[RELEASE] Simple JerkDex With Simple Language System

Just made a index cuz im bored at new year.

I dont have a life and made this fast.
Looks a little as my facebook habbo index but this is different though.

Its just HTML and CSS like my other release but I made a simple language system (this is one is in php duh).
I just made the basic of the index you can add other things on the index if you want to.

Like I said "JUST BASIC" so dont complain about add more things to it cuz you can do that by yourself.

Language system contains:

- English.
- Dutch.
